You have leaders today willing to be an actor to be popular. The idea is to be a brave honest man, not a populist. Most of them think being a leader is about appearances and attendance. It’s not about appearances or attendance, it’s about how many lives you’ve helped and improved. It’s a combination of character and strategy. It’s about executing your vision. It’s about honour and integrity.

Now that’s the difference between me and some of them. I’m honest and straightforward. I don’t talk, I get things done and when things go wrong, without any hesitation, I stand in front of my people. There’s nothing noble about having a price tag on your head. I’d rather be honest and be considered bad than being fake.
