AN ADDRESS BY HRH THE REGENT OF JOHOR REGARDING QUALITY AND STANDARDS OF THE JOHOR CIVIL SERVICE (JCS) OFFICERS

Three Johor Civil Service officers have recently completed their course at the Harvard Kennedy School. That’s a start and we want more JCS (Johor Civil Service) officers to be highly qualified. Johor will explore a new approach to provide professional courses in Johor by collaborating with Harvard University.
We need to ensure that Johor is administered by JCS officers which have high professional standards and skills. As Johor grows rapidly following the establishment of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), we will also improve the quality and standards of the JCS.
