COMPASSIONATE VISIT AND DISTRIBUTION OF AID FROM HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE CROWN PRINCE OF JOHOR FOR SEDILI BESAR, KOTA TINGGI

Alhamdulillah be grateful to Allah SWT, blessings and peace be upon the great esteemed Prophet Muhammad SAW. The gift was delivered by YBhg. Kota Tinggi District Officer, Puan Hajah Hazlina Binti Jalil to the Secretary of the Surau Al-Taqwa Committee, Encik Neek Ahmad Suhaimi Bin Neek Sazali. Also accompanying, Kota Tinggi District Kadi, Tuan Haji Zaini Bin Mohd Salleh.

Surau Al-Taqwa Kampung Hutan Lesung is located in Mukim Sedili Besar, about 40km from Kota Tinggi city center. The surau was built in 2001 on an acre of wakaf land and can accommodate about 30 worshipers at a time.

HRH Crown Prince of Johor is an initiative of his Majesty who attaches great importance to the role of the mosque and surau institution as a center for the spread of Islamic teachings and the enrichment of mosques and suraus as a catalyst in forming a harmonious and prosperous society.
