CONTRIBUTION OF HRH CROWN PRINCE OF JOHOR TO MASJID NURUL IMAN KG SC JAYA SEPAKAT, LAYANG-LAYANG, KLUANG, JOHOR

Yang Berusaha Encik Herman bin Raban, Kluang District Chief Assistant Officer as the official representative of the Kluang District Officer is also the Chairman of the Kluang District Mosque and Surau Committee handed cash contribution of RM3,000 from HRH Crown Prince of Johor to the Chairman of Masjid Nurul Iman Kg. SC Jaya Sepakat, Layang-layang, Kluang today.

PROFILE OF MASJID NURUL IMAN KG SC JAYA SEPAKAT, LAYANG-LAYANG, KLUANG, JOHOR: –

1. Mukim Chief – En. Abd. Razif Bin Abd. Rahman |

2. Chairman – En. Mohd. Helmi Bin Mion.

3. Village Head – En. Roslim Bin Miskon.

4. Year built – Early 1980s.

5. Congregation capacity – 170 congregations (without distance) involving the community of Kg. SC. Jaya Sepakat and students of Madrasah Tahfiz Manar Al Hikmah.

6. Issues: Upgrading

 i. Squat and sitting toilet (2 men and 1 woman)

 ii. Electrical wiring system in the toilet.

 iii. Leaking water tank on the ceiling of the mosque.

 iv. Placing tiles in the toilet.

 v. Mosque public address (PA) system and equipment.

7. Planning:

i. Build a water tank outside the mosque building to prevent leaking of tanks.

ii. Expanding the women’s prayer area.

iii. Painting the mosque building.

iv. Build mosque fences and cemeteries.

The mosque has made an application to the South East Johor Development Authority (KEJORA).
