HEADS OF AGREEMENT (HOA) SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN KPRJ ENVIRONMENT SDN BHD AND SEMBCORP UTILITIES PTE LTD

His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail, The Regent of Johor attended a Heads of Agreement (HOA) signing ceremony between KPRJ Environment Sdn Bhd and Sembcorp Utilities Pte Ltd at the Persada Johor International Convention Centre today, 27 January 2025.

Also accompanying His Royal Highness were Chief Minister of Johor YAB Dato’ Onn Hafiz Bin Ghazi, Temasek Trust Chairman YB Datin Paduka Madam Ho Ching, Johor State Secretary YB Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Haji Azmi Rohani and Consul General, General Consulate of the Republic of Singapore in Johor YB Mr. Ng Kuan Khai.

Also present were YB Dato’ Lukman bin Abu Bakar, Chief Executive Officer of KPRJ and Director of KPRJ Environment Sdn. Bhd., while YBhg. Mr Koh Chiap Khiong, Chief Executive Officer of Singapore & Southeast Asia, Sembcorp Industries Ltd., and Director of Sembcorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. Allah Peliharakan Sultan.
