The year 2025 marks a significant transformation for the State of Johor under the leadership of HRH Tunku Ismail, serving as the Regent of Johor since 2024.

For the Regent of Johor, this mandate is not merely a duty, but an important mission to position Johor as a leading economic player in the Asian region.

From the realization of the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), which opens doors to global investment, to efforts in strengthening education, upgrading healthcare services, and creating high-income job opportunities.

The Regent of Johor’s ultimate goal is to ensure the future security, well-being, and prosperity of the Johoreans.
