‘ZIARAH KASIH’ PROGRAM FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF HRH CROWN PRINCE OF JOHOR’S DONATIONS FOR PHASE 3 OF APRIL 2021 IN BATU PAHAT

YBhg. Tuan Haji Ismail bin Abu, Batu Pahat District Officer attended the ‘Ziarah Kasih’ Program to distribute the donations of HRH Crown Prince of Johor for Phase 3 of April 2021 which involved (3) recipient families.

(2) recipient families in Sri Gading (Parit Raja) consists of family members who suffers from chronic diseases and requires high treatment expenses. The District Officer also had the opportunity in reaching out to another recipient in Sungai Punggor where he was a fire victim that occurred on 19 April 2021 around 04.00 pm.

This kind of home visit program is one of the proactive steps in reaching out to the target group, namely those with hardships, the underprivileged, and the less fortunate, especially when facing the post Covid-19 era. The program will continue throughout the year to help those in need from time to time.

This home visits approach is also a continuation of one of the focal points of the Batu Pahat District Office, namely ‘PRIHATIN’ (CONCERN) on the complaint of the community.

Also present, Batu Pahat District Amin Baitulmal of Johor Islamic Religious Council (MAINJ); Batu Pahat District Social Welfare Department Officer; Chief Assistant District Officer; Assistant District Officer; Head of Chief; Senior Chief; Mukim Chief of Sri Gading; Mukim Chief of Sungai Punggor; and Village Heads involved.
