I am pleased to inform that Johor will receive 1.9 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine in September. From this total number of vaccine doses, 1.76 million are the Pfizer vaccine. In this current pandemic it is crucial to ensure that every segment of society is taken care of, and has access to basic neccesities. On 6th July 2021, I had decreed that temporary shelters be established immediately for the homeless in Johor. The Johor Government has acted swiftly by opening two temporary shelters in Perling and Anjung Singgah which can accomodate a total of 200 people.
