HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor attended a Zakat Payment and Bestowal Presentation Ceremony for 2022M/1443H at the Fraser Place Hotel, Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
The total zakat payment received was RM12,016,899.43, while the total distribution was RM39,135,150.00.
Also accompanying His Royal Highness were Johor State Secretary YB Dato’ Hj Azmi Bin Rohani and Johor Islamic Religious Affairs Committee chairman YB Tuan Mohd Fared Bin Mohd Khalid. Allah Peliharakan Sultan.
Today I met with the delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) led by YB Datuk Seri Dr Noraini Ahmad, Minister of Higher Education at the Royal Johor Polo Club. Also present in the meeting were Dato’ Seri Abdul Razak Jaafar, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Prof. Dato’ Dr. Husaini Omar, Director-General of the Ministry of Higher Education.

We must continue to work together with MWFCD, DSW, UNICEF and other govt agencies to improve institutions, infrastructure, laws and policies to protect and prioritise children.
