PERMAISURI OF JOHOR AND CROWN PRINCE OF JOHOR DISTRIBUTE FOOD IN CONJUNCTION WITH HARI RAYA

HM Permaisuri of Johor, Raja Zarith Sofiah Binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah and HRH Crown Prince of Johor, Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim distributed foods to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) students.
The distribution of foods in conjunction with Hari Raya celebration yesterday (13 May) were handed to more than 3,800 locals as well as international students of both public institution of higher education.
“My family and I are concerned in regards of the students who were not able to return to their hometown to celebrate Aidilfitri together with their families, as well as the international students.”
“With this contribution, we hope that it can cheer them up on Hari Raya and cure the longings towards their loved ones,” said HM Permaisuri of Johor who is also the Chancellor of UTM to the Royal Press Office (RPO).
HRH Crown Prince of Johor who is also the Pro-Chancellor of UTHM has presented contribution of RM40,000 to the university as to ease the burden of the students in need.
