VACCINE SUPPLY IN JOHOR

I would like to share with my fellow Johoreans that 1.293 million vaccine doses will arrive in July 2021 through the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK). This 1.293 million doses will comprise of 583k Pfizer, 637k Sinovac and 73k AstraZeneca vaccines.
Delivery schedule for the vaccines :
1st week of July – 51,100 doses
week of 5th July – 178,540 doses
week of 12th July – 278,132 doses
week of 19th July – 394,620 doses
week of 26th July – 390,900 doses
I will be on hand to receive the vaccines and ensure they are administered to all Johoreans in an efficient and timely manner. I have also been briefed by the authorities on the registration numbers and distribution of the vaccines. I am confident we will get more Johoreans vaccinated in the next few weeks as we head towards achieving herd immunity.
I would like to thank the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, YB Khairy Jamaluddin and the relevant authorities that have made this possible. Together we will be able to overcome this pandemic. I would also like to remind all Bangsa Johor to register for the vaccine and get vaccinated.
