ZAKAT PRESENTATION AND HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR 2021M/1442H
HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor attended a Zakat Presentation and Handover Ceremony for 2021M/1442H at the Persada International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru today, 3 May 2021.
During the ceremony, His Royal Highness oversaw the zakat presentation and handover of RM40,679,825.37 for eligible people and associations. A total of RM300.086 million in zakat payments for Johor were collected in 2020 whereby RM299.70 million or 99.87 per cent were distributed to the needy.
