To the Underprivileged Families in Kota Tinggi

YBhg. Puan Hajah Hazlina Binti Jalil, Kota Tinggi District Officer visited three (3) families and handed the donations by HRH Crown Prince of Johor for Kota Tinggi District Phase 2 of February 2021 in Sedili Besar.

Also present were Puan Che Wan Hamizah Binti Che Wan Zain, Community Development Officer, Kota Tinggi District Social Welfare Department and Encik Mohammad Nor Fahmi Bin Md. Nasir, District Assistant Officer, Kota Tinggi District Office and Senior Chief and Mukim Chief of Sedili Besar.

The District Officer handed a cash contribution of RM 1,000 from HRH Crown Prince of Johor as well as food supply to each family, namely:

The first recipient

(1) is Encik Mokhtaruddin bin Othman, in Kampung Sembayong, Sedili Besar, Kota Tinggi. He has blurred vision and is bedridden, unable to move.

Second recipient

(2) is Encik Abdul Manap bin Taip in Kampung Teluk, Sedili Besar, Kota Tinggi. He is partially paralyzed. His wife also has uterine cancer. He is not working and needs monthly finance and medical expenses.

The third recipient

(3) is Puan Selamah Binti Bolok, at Batu 7, Kampung Sayang, Jalan Tanjung Sedili, Kota Tinggi who suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure and paralyzed also been using a wheelchair for the past two (2) years.

May the families who are assisted can remain to persevere in life to live better in the future. Such a visit program will be continued throughout the year to help those in need from time to time.
